The entire hand pump is operated entirely by hand and is very easy to handle. By moving the handle up and down, the water is pumped from the ground and flows from the tap. Its cast iron construction makes it stable and extremely durable. The pump has a 38 mm (1 1/2") internal thread on the bottom, to which a PVC or stainless steel pipe must be connected (either via an external thread or with a hose connection) to allow water to flow into the pump. The stand provides a higher and more comfortable working position. It is suitable for most hand pumps with 4 x 12 mm mounting holes on the bottom. The pump and stand can be used separately. Please note that only the water pump and stand are included. Note: We recommend draining the pump in winter to prevent freezing.
